1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or documentation received with the product.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team first at info@revivexuk.com.
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: returns sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is:

Defective, or

Incorrect.
This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
We may request photos of the issue to speed up the process.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the product you have and place a new order for the desired one once your return is accepted.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned products must meet the same conditions described above — unused and in their original packaging.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received and verified.

Returns without the order confirmation or proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used (e.g. posture correctors, health-related accessories).
We will always specify this clearly on the product page where applicable.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the return is properly packaged and shipped with a valid tracking number.
ReviveX cannot be held liable for lost or untracked return shipments.
