1. Shipping Costs

At ReviveX, we offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden handling or delivery fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Please note: return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Times

Our average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand, local postal delays, or customs clearance.

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.


4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with track & trace.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that it may take up to 2–4 days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will typically:

  • Attempt redelivery on the next available day, or

  • Leave your parcel at the nearest local collection point.

You will be notified by the delivery provider with full instructions on how to collect your parcel.


6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@revivexuk.com so we can assist you.

We will immediately investigate the issue with our logistics partners and provide a solution.


7. Customs and Import Duties

For UK customers, no import fees or taxes are charged at delivery — all costs are included in the product price.

If any unforeseen customs delays occur, ReviveX will do its best to ensure your parcel clears as quickly as possible.


8. Shipping Regions

Currently, ReviveX ships exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
We are working on expanding our service area soon.
